Hi and welcome to my LJ! You are more than welcome to friend me, but it is best that you let me know you have friended me. I've had situations where someone friended me weeks before and I didn't really notice. it would also help if you told me where I met you or what made you want to friend me. I will always friend you back no matter what, it's just a morbid curiosity of mine :-)
